Reimbursement Accounts (Sec 125)
The Data Expert Consultants’ Reimbursement Account helps you pay for your health care (medical, dental, and vision) expenses not covered by a medical plan and/or dependent care expenses you incur so that you (and your spouse) can work. You can make pre-tax contributions to one or both reimbursement accounts. When you file a claim, you receive reimbursement for eligible expenses. Since you don’t pay taxes on your contributions, you actually reduce the cost of your eligible health and dependent care expenses.
Health Care Reimbursement Account Maximum Annual Contribution $3,000.00
Dependent Care Reimbursement Account Maximum Annual Contribution $5,000.00

If you cannot reach your supervisor, you should leave a message with any other supervisor who is present or follow the procedure your supervisor has established. Management reserves the right to request medical verification of an illness or injury. Experience tells us; however, successful employees make up sick time, whenever possible so as to keep current on client’s projects.
Employee may receive a lump sum reimbursement for unused sick days in appreciation for project dedication.
Personal Days: Data Expert Consultants recognizes that there are times when an employee may need to take time off to conduct personal business that must be done during normal office hours. To accommodate this need, a full-time employee is eligible for two (2) personal days per calendar year, pro rated over the year. Employees may receive a lump sum reimbursement for unused personal days.
Corporate policy does not limit the carry-over of earned absentee hours. All unused absentee hours may be carried over to the next calendar year.
